Your prep stays your prep.

Account data: name, email, phone (optional), and login provider (Google / Apple / OTP).

Profile data: target role, preferred languages, resume content (only if you upload it), and the domains you practise.

Round data: audio captured during a mock interview, the transcript, your code, our AI's questions, and the resulting scorecard.

Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Razorpay / Stripe). We never see or store your card numbers.

To run mock rounds and score them.

To personalise your prep — adaptive difficulty, weak-spot tracking, language preference.

To improve the product. Aggregated, de-identified analytics only.

To process your payments and send you account / billing emails.

Our engineers, only when actively debugging an issue you've reported, and only with the minimum data required.

Our sub-processors (cloud hosting, voice transcription, payments) under contract — strictly to deliver the service.

Nobody else. We never sell or share your data with employers, recruiters, or advertisers. Dosti is candidate-only.

Account & profile data: until you delete your account.

Round audio: 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you star the round.

Transcripts and scorecards: as long as the account exists, so we can show your progress over time.

Billing records: 7 years, as required by Indian tax law.

Access — download a copy of your data any time.

Correction — edit profile and round details from settings.

Deletion — delete your account from settings, or email privacy@interviewdosti.ai. We process deletions within 7 working days.

Portability — request an export in JSON / CSV.

Withdraw consent — for optional things (resume upload, voice training opt-in) you can revoke any time.

We use a small set of cookies for sign-in sessions and basic analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.

You can clear cookies any time from your browser. Sign-in cookies are required for the product to work.

InterviewDosti is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are under 18, please use it only with a parent / guardian's permission.

We will notify you by email and in-app for any material change to this policy at least 14 days before it takes effect.
