If Dosti isn't working for you in the first week, we'll refund you. Beyond that, here's what's covered and what isn't — laid out plainly.
- Within 7 days of a new subscription
Full pro-rata refund, no questions asked. Email us — done in 5–7 working days.
- Service unavailable for over 24 hours
Auto-credit on your next renewal, or a partial refund if you prefer cash.
- Accidental double-charge
100% refund of the duplicate transaction within 3 working days.
- After 7 days into a new subscription, except as covered above.
- Partial use of a billing cycle (e.g. you used Pro for 20 days and want 10 days back).
- Charges from older billing cycles you didn't notice.
- Refunds requested via chargeback without contacting us first.

If you're inside the eligible window, we'll initiate the refund the same day and reply with a reference ID.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. UPI is fastest; cards usually 3–7 days; net-banking up to 10.
