1. Who can use Dosti
You must be 16 or older to use InterviewDosti. If you're under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission.
One account per person. Don't share your login.
2. What you get
Access to mock interview rounds, voice agents, scorecards, an adaptive study plan, and the rest of the product features described on the marketing site at the time of your purchase.
Your plan's quotas (rounds, languages, mentor memory) are listed on the Pricing section. Quotas can change for new signups; existing paid users keep what they signed up for until renewal.
3. What you can't do
No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated harvesting of our content, transcripts, or AI responses.
No reselling or sublicensing access to your account.
No using Dosti to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
No uploading content you don't have the right to upload (other people's resumes, copyrighted material, etc.).
4. Your content
You own everything you upload — resumes, code, transcripts, audio.
You give us a limited licence to process this content only to deliver the product to you.
You can delete your content any time from settings.
5. Payments
Pricing is shown in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable GST.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from settings.
We use Razorpay / Stripe for processing. We never see or store your card details.
6. Refunds
Full pro-rata refund within the first 7 days of a new subscription, no questions asked.
After 7 days, see the Refund Policy for the standard process.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability, but we don't guarantee zero downtime. Voice rounds depend on your network too.
If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period, we credit affected users with extra rounds or service days.
8. Termination
You can close your account any time from settings.
We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms — abusive behaviour, fraud, or attempts to break the system. Where reasonable, we'll warn first.
9. Liability
InterviewDosti is a prep tool. We don't guarantee any specific interview outcome, job offer, or salary band.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru.
